Diffractive Optical Element (DOE)

Light, diffraction, laser, LED, projection, molding, DOE

In injection molding, it is possible to transfer fine patterns onto thin-walled molded products and project various characters and designs by shining laser light on the transferred surface. As long as it is within the area where the fine pattern has been transferred, the specified characters and designs can be projected regardless of where the laser is applied.

Diffractive optical element

Manipulating light and controlling processing! Utilizing DOE manufacturing technology, it is possible to create various fine structures.

We would like to introduce the diffractive optical elements from Furukawa Electric. We can create various patterns of light, such as shapes, text, and dot projectors for sensors. We design according to customer requests, focusing on efficiency, uniformity, and noise intensity suppression, and we can accommodate prototypes starting from one piece. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. 【Features】 ■ High efficiency: 80% to nearly 90% ■ Excellent intensity uniformity: Intensity variation < ±5% ■ Zero-order light suppression: <1% (relative to incident light intensity) ■ Low noise ■ Short delivery time: 1 to 1.5 months from design to delivery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
